Who is Coast 2 Coast Meal Prep

“My name is Brandon Cant and I am the Chef/Owner of Coast2Coast. In 2017, I moved to Colorado from Southern California after 20+ years in the restaurant industry and discovered that Colorado was known for green chili. REALLY?!?! Everybody knows of Texas brisket, Maine lobster rolls, and Maryland crab cakes. It made me wonder about other regions and the food they create. In 2018, I launched our YouTube channel Coast2Coast Cooking where we cooked iconic dishes from all over the United States. It was a great way to learn and share the culinary culture of our great country.

After 6 months of shooting the show, I had the idea to turn this concept into a food truck. In January of 2019, I launched the Coast2Coast Food Truck and have been putting together regional flavors ever since.

Guided by a palate curated over these past few years in regional cuisine, I created the most delicious food under the Coast2Coast brand, and it has been a place to explore great flavors from all over.
Coast2Coast Meal Prep was born in February of 2021 as a way to help those looking to make life easier when it comes to healthy food options. As a former “meal prepper” myself, I know how hard it is to make good choices in such a busy world. In my experience, when we become proactive and prep our meals ahead of time, we don’t want to take all day out of a weekend, so we take shortcuts and make the same thing over and over.
This is where we come in. Food that is already cooked and prepared but à la carte! We at Coast2Coast Meal Prep want to give you the flexibility to mix and match what you goes. Eat and serve as is or “play with the food.” Use the shrimp to make tacos, Add the Romesco sauce to the Penne and top with the grilled chicken, the adventure is up to you! We hope you enjoy!
